# Skill reflection: skills that get sharper every time your team uses them

Skills capture how your team likes a task done: the format of a weekly update, the checklist for a launch review, the tone for a customer reply. Until now, keeping them current was a manual job. **Skill reflection** watches how people edit the assistant’s output and suggests improvements to the skill itself.

## Suggestions you can review

Reflection never changes a skill silently. It proposes a short diff with the evidence behind it, such as “people removed the executive summary in 8 of the last 10 runs”, and the skill owner decides whether to accept it.

## Availability

Skill reflection is rolling out to all workspaces this month. Owners can turn it on per skill from the skill settings page.
