This policy explains what morinel.com stores on your device, why, and how you decide. It applies to cookies and to anything that works like them, such as local and session storage, because EU law (art. 5(3) of the ePrivacy Directive and, in Spain, art. 22.2 of the LSSI) treats them the same way.

1. Who is responsible

Morinel Technologies, S.L. (“we”), NIF B00000000, Avenida José Mesa y López, 31, 35010 Las Palmas de Gran Canaria, Canary Islands, Spain. For anything about this policy or your data, write to privacy@morinel.com.

2. The short version

  • Everything is first-party: set by morinel.com and its own subdomains, never by advertisers, analytics companies or social networks.
  • We use no analytics, no advertising, no tracking pixels and no fingerprinting. Fonts and images are served from our own servers, so loading a page doesn't tell any third party you visited.
  • Strictly necessary items need no consent, and the site can't work without them. Everything else is off until you turn it on, and nothing optional is stored before you choose.

3. Strictly necessary

These make features you ask for work: staying signed in, keeping a conversation going while you move between pages and remembering your privacy choices. The law exempts them from consent, but we still list them.

4. Functional (only with your consent)

These remember things you chose so you don't have to repeat them. They stay on your device, we never read them on our servers, and refusing or withdrawing consent deletes them straight away.

5. Your choices

  • On your first visit a banner asks you. Reject all and Accept all are equal choices, and Customize lets you decide per category. Closing the page without answering counts as no.
  • You can change your mind at any time from Your privacy choices, also linked in the footer of every page. Withdrawing is as easy as giving consent, and doesn't affect anything done before.
  • We keep a record of your choice (what you chose, when, and which version of this policy) on your device for 12 months, then ask again. We also ask again whenever this policy changes in a way that matters.
  • Your browser settings can also block or delete cookies and site storage. Blocking strictly necessary items may stop sign-in or the assistant from working.

6. The site assistant

When you write to the assistant, your messages are sent to our servers and to the AI provider that writes the replies. That is processing of personal data rather than storage on your device, so it's covered by the Privacy Policy, which names the providers, where they process data and the safeguards that apply.

7. Changes

We update this policy when what we store changes. The date at the top shows the current version, and a meaningful change brings the banner back so you can decide again.
