With the Service, Users can locate information, produce drafts and hand routine tasks to AI, while every result honors the permissions, groups and sharing rules set in each Connected Application. The platform can be extended through connectors, APIs and settings, lets each Customer decide where it is hosted, works with a range of outside language models, and is run in line with the security, privacy and compliance promises Acme makes to its Customers.

SOC 2 Type II

Every year an outside auditor tests our controls and issues a SOC 2 Type II report on how well they protect the security, availability and privacy of customer data.

ISO/IEC 27001

Our security management system holds ISO/IEC 27001 certification, and independent auditors regularly check the controls we use to find, rank and reduce risks.

ISO/IEC 42001

We hold ISO/IEC 42001 certification for the way we run AI systems, which means risks are reviewed, decisions have clear owners and our models are built and monitored responsibly.

Encryption everywhere

Customer data is protected with AES-256 at rest, through a validated cryptographic module, and with TLS 1.2 or higher whenever it moves.

HIPAA compliant

Health information that customers store in Acme is handled under safeguards built to meet HIPAA, the main US federal law on medical privacy.

GDPR compliant

Personal data from Europe is processed under safeguards that satisfy the GDPR, the EU’s primary data protection rulebook.
